California Orders
Customer is responsible for checking with the FFL dealer prior to placing an order that the FFL will accept the order/shipment. If the dealer is not accepting transfers, and order is returned to Mutant Munition LLC we will automatically refund the order LESS the 20% restocking fee. Please follow your tracking number to ensure the package is delivered to your FFL. Customer will be subject to any additional fees for reshipment to a different dealer. Fee can vary based on order. Any returned shipments will be subject to a 20% restocking fee – NO EXCEPTIONS.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a MutantMunition.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, MutantMunition.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. MutantMunition.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is voided, MutantMunition.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

I also understand that any complaint or legal suit I file against MutantMunition.com, and any purchases I make from MutantMunition.com, shall be governed solely by Texas Law. This includes any suit filed against MutantMunition.com by someone else as a result of my purchases from MutantMunition.com.
